Reviews For Knoxville Pointe Apartments

Ever since I moved here I've felt like this is home. The space I have truly feels like enough for my fiancée and I. Affordable, comfortable, and lavish. Sadly, my only issue so far has been my downstairs neighbor. So much noise from dogs that it can be difficult to focus on other things. I'm not sure other apartments have this particular issue, but if they don't, then they are perfect apartments.

Great location

We applied and our application was run through right away. The staff was very kind and courteous. The neighborhood is great that the complex is in. The maintenance staff is great and gets to everything right away. The neighbors are also great. Overall this is a really great place to stay. Thank you to the staff and everyone here for being so kind to us. Also the living space itself is huge. And we definitely weren't expecting washer/dryer hookups.

I have a hard time believing some of these 1 star reviews. I have lived here for almost a year and half and the grass is always kept clean in the Spring and Summer and snow removal is usually removed before I head out to work in the winter, this place is nothing short of amazing. What a huge difference this new management company is making. Holly is a pleasant person to deal with and is always very helpful when I speak to her. Whenever I make a maintenance request, maintenance either comes right on over to fix the problem, or if I make a request after hours they are over here first thing in the morning to fix it. I am very fortunate to be able to call Knoxville Pointe my home! The location is perfect, the garage is very spacious, I enjoy all the amenities, the layout of my apartment, and the in-unit Washer/Dryer. If you are looking for an amazing place to live in the Peoria area, don’t hesitate to check out an apartment at this wonderful place!

I did like to thank Ms Holly and Michelle for making our move to the new apartment very smooth and easy. They're very helpful and nice. Minor maintenance work after move in was also done promptly. Apartment is spacious and clean with all shopping facilities available within 5 miles. Overall very satisfied with Knoxville point.
